1. Overview
At Jessica & Jennifer New York, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions outlined below. By placing an order with us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
2. Return Conditions
Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received by the customer.
Return shipping costs, including any international postage or customs fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition with all tags and labels still attached.
Trying on the item is allowed, but wearing it beyond fitting purposes is not permitted.
Returns of multiple sizes ordered with the intention to keep only one are not accepted.
Jessica & Jennifer New York reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Request a Return
Submit your return request by contacting info@jj-newyork.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will receive the return address of our supplier’s logistics center located in China.
Ship the item back at your own expense including any customs duties or shipping fees.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost or delayed by the carrier.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our fulfillment team, you will be notified by email. If the item meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Liability and Exceptions
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, this remains the customer’s responsibility.
Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories cannot be returned or exchanged. These may include intimate apparel, undergarments, jewelry, accessories or clearance items. Such items are clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
