6. Responsibility During Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, Jessica & Jennifer New York is not responsible for any loss or damage caused during transit after the carrier marks the shipment as “delivered.”

If the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility passes to the customer.

Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly when placing your order. Address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address to avoid issues with lost or stolen packages.
